BMODBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LLC

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: October 19, 2026

This policy applies to BModBridge software subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. BModBridge Solutions LLC provides and supports the software. Paddle handles refund requests and determines eligibility under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms and Conditions.

30 day free trial

BModBridge offers a 30-day free trial covering every professional seat the customer selects when enrolling, whether on the Individual or Business plan, including any additional professional seats selected. Client and guardian accounts are included. A Business Manager does not require a paid professional seat.

All selected seats share the same trial start and end dates. Adding a seat during the trial does not restart or extend the trial. No subscription charges apply during the 30-day trial.

At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid plan and seat count at the price and billing frequency disclosed at enrollment, unless canceled before the disclosed trial end time. Any changes made during the trial must be reflected in the subscription details and price shown to the customer before billing.

Canceling your subscription

Cancel through the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation or billing email, or request cancellation at https://paddle.net/. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first charge, or before your next renewal payment to prevent the next charge.

Trial access continues until the disclosed trial end time following cancellation. For a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then. Deleting the application or your user account does not cancel the subscription. No thirty-day advance notice or separate written notice to BModBridge is required.

Refund requests and decisions

All refund requests are handled by Paddle under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms and Conditions. Paddle determines refund eligibility, the applicable request period, and whether a full or partial refund will be issued. BModBridge does not apply separate refund criteria or make refund eligibility decisions.

Review Paddle’s Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle receipt or billing page, or visit https://paddle.net/ and select “Request refund.” Provide your transaction details and the reason for your request.

Refund processing and access

Paddle processes approved refunds and determines the applicable processing timeline under its Refund Policy. Access to the refunded subscription ends when the refund is issued. Data retrieval and export are governed by the Professional Services Agreement.

Technical problems

For software problems, contact contact@bmodbridge.com so BModBridge can investigate and help resolve the issue. If the problem remains unresolved, contact Paddle with the details and BModBridge’s response. Paddle handles the refund assessment under its Refund Policy.

Additional seats and contact information

Additional professional seats are part of the subscription and end when the subscription ends. Paddle’s Refund Policy applies to refund requests concerning those seats.
