Welcome to the BModBridge Help Center

BModBridge helps dog owners and dog professionals work together. The owner writes down what happens at home. The professional reads it and makes a plan. Over time, you can both see if things are getting better.

How BModBridge fits together

Think of BModBridge like a dog school building. The Company is the building. The Business Manager runs the front office. The Professionals teach the classes. The Clients are the families who come in with their dogs.

Here is what each word means:

Word What it means
User Anyone with a BModBridge account. One person can have more than one role.
Company A dog business. It has its own team, its own look, and its own sign-in page.
Business Manager The person who runs the company account. They invite the team, buy seats, and pay the bill. They do not need to work with dogs.
Professional A trainer or behavior expert. They invite clients, read their notes, and write plans. Each Professional uses one seat.
Seat A paid spot for one Professional. A company with 3 seats can have 3 Professionals.
Client A household that works with a Professional. We also call this person the Dog Owner.
Household The home a dog lives in. More than one person can be in a household, like two partners. Everyone in it sees the same dogs.
Dog Each dog has a profile, a questionnaire, a plan, homework, logs, photos, and videos.
Vet A veterinarian. A Professional can let a vet look at one dog's records for up to 90 days. Vets can read, but they cannot change anything.

A quick story

Sam runs a small training business called Happy Paws. Sam signs up and becomes the Business Manager. Sam buys 2 seats and invites two trainers, Rosa and Lee. Those are the Professionals.

Rosa meets a new family, the Parks, who have a nervous dog named Biscuit. Rosa adds the Parks as a Client. Mrs. Park gets an email, signs in, and starts writing down what Biscuit does on walks. Rosa reads the notes, writes a plan, and gives the Parks homework. When Biscuit needs a checkup, Rosa uses Share with Vet so the vet can see the notes too.
